I sincerely hope you win that contest. The level of details shows how much work you’ve invested in this picture.

WOW! This picture is awesome. Flawless. It can´t be better. Well maybe a little bit better if Lara has no clothes. ;-)
Thank you!

Outstanding as always. I don’t see how you can’t win this contest, this is better than the official artworks!

Not to go against the grain but I would be shocked if you won. Don’t get me wrong, you’re a very talented artist and Lara looks fantastic but I wouldn’t pick that shot for the winner even after looking at the first page of most recent entries, presuming you’re talking about the Deviantart contest for several reasons.
1) It’s just a boring picture. There’s nothing happening in the shot. She’s just standing there, looking at the camera. Something more dynamic and actioney or with an air of mystery is always going to grab someone’s attention over a simple, no frills pinup like this. And…
2) The backgrounds looks like you picked it from a google image search after 10 seconds effort.
Compare to the first really good picture to jump out at me from latest entries: http://flipation.deviantart.com/art/Tomb-Raider-359163710
The background has a lot more effort and the picture tells a story without a single word. She looks like a survivor fighting off big odds – which I gather is what the goal is. No offense, your’s just looks like she had a rough day hiking. Even just limiting solely to pinup shots you’ve got competition like: http://nacho3.deviantart.com/art/Tomb-Raider-359183878
That shot manages to convey a woman in pain, scared, lonely, miserable but still pushing on regardless. There’s just more heart to it. I know there’s limitations to what 3D can do, and perhaps that plays in to your choice of background, pose and/or lack of action, but I really can’t see why yours would win.
Also, purely from a graphical viewpoint there’s something…weird about Lara’s skin in your shot. Her body is supposed to be caked in dirt, grime, mud etc. but for some reason it makes her forearms look like dirty marble or that they’re covered in plaster-of-paris rather than dirty skin. I think it may just be the lighting, not sure – but either way, it looks slightly odd to me. Her neck and face don’t look nearly as inhuman, so possibly it’s just the choice of dirt texture on the forearms, but either way it’s just one more thing I’d knock the choice down because of.
I realize I’m being extremely critical here, and I hope you don’t take offense, but it’s because you’re a great artist that I wanted to take the time to actually give you something I hope you can view as constructive criticism. I’m sure the picture took a lot of time and effort, the cuts on Lara’s body and clothes alone probably took more time that is worth mentioning, nevermind how long the mud would have taken to apply what I’m assuming is by hand across her body. I just think you spent so much time getting the little details like that right that you skipped out on some of the bigger things and that it hurts your entry massively. Or possibly simply that you’re so used to doing erotic and pinup work that you just need to practise more on dynamic shots if you want to get out of doing 3D solely for that kind of thing.

Thank you for your critic. I was focused more on the modeling her gear, than on whole concept of the image as I see now. I think it is not bad at all, but next time I’ll try to do it better :)
Lazy Fuck Mar 20 , 2013 at 21:28 /
Oh I never meant to imply it was bad – simply that it didn’t tell any kind of story, or show any emotion on the part of the character. The actual model looks amazing – it doesn’t matter how amazing it looks though if she’s just standing there. It makes it look like you either can’t conceptualize a picture that tells or story or don’t have the skill to pull it off, which is a massive failing in an artist. A picture isn’t worth shit if it doesn’t tell you something at the end of the day, and all your picture is saying unfortunately is “don’t I look pretty?”. Great for what you normally do, if a bit dry – massive mis-step in the kind of contest you entered though.

This is Amazing!, what program or software do you use to make erotic art? (because your a pro!)
kingrhino Mar 15 , 2013 at 00:09 /
Very rich colors, great lighting and excellent texture T. I’ve looked at a bunch of the other entries and I think you have them all beat. I’ve always felt you have the best Lara on the web. Best of luck pard.

I like the fact that its a great glimpse of what the new Lara is capable of. Nice use of lighting, texture, and colors. Can’t wait to see what else you may come up with, using the new Lara model.

It’s reallly, really nice and wonderfull , I love your work ! I hope you’ll continue for a long time :D

Sorry dude, but there is no way you’re going to win because they will probably already know that you make Lara suck on the cocks. It might embarrass them if they name you the winner then people google your name and find this site. So don’t take it personally if you don’t win.
But the picture is awesome!
